Refund policy

Between The pipes accepts returns of products that are unworn, unwashed and unaltered by the customer. Full refund, credit or exchange will be considered based on each case. OSFA and custom items are final sale. Issues must be raised within 30 days of purchase to be eligible - sales@betweenthepipes.ca

Items must be returned with tags and/or labels attached in the original packaging such as a box or plastic cover. 

Customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs. Return labels will only be considered for defective products.
